About Afghan Women Rights Organization (AWRO):

Afghan Women Rights Organization (AWRO) is a national, non-profit, non-political organization working to promote the rights and well-being of Afghan vulnerable populations through initiatives in livelihoods, health, nutrition, education, and humanitarian responses. AWRO has successfully implemented multiple humanitarian projects across Afghanistan, with a strong focus on community engagement, inclusion, and sustainability.

AWRO is seeking a part-time Protection & PSEA focal point to further strengthen the implementation of the Protection & PSEA focal point AWRO Regional Office Badakhshan   District of Shahre Buzurg, Kishem Arghanj Khwah Teshkan supporting provincial offices in the capacity building, articulating reporting structures and supporting the development of provincial level plans within the AWRO framework, as well as a robust monitoring system to ensure compliance. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Law/Politics, Social Science, or related field or high school diploma with additional two years of experience
• At least 2 years of PSEA experience in NGO or humanitarian projects
• Good data collection and analysis skills
• Familiarity with Badakhshan province is preferred
• Good knowledge of Excel and mobile data collection tools
