The Electrical Technician supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems and electrical components. The role involves assisting engineers in implementing site works, conducting technical inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are installed to meet safety and quality standards. The Electrical Technician plays a critical role in field operations, providing hands-on technical support across project sites and client installations.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar energy systems and electrical equipment at customer sites.
• Assist engineers in implementing electrical layouts and solar configurations.
• Interpret electrical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Perform wiring, testing, and commissioning of inverters, panels, batteries, and controllers.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and respond to fault reports.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely, professionally, and in compliance with technical standards.
• Document installation reports, equipment logs, and maintenance records.
• Provide technical feedback to engineers and project supervisors.
• Support the procurement team with technical evaluations of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of tools and workstations.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams to schedule site visits and installations.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting materials before and after installation.
• Report technical issues or delays to the engineering supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors in support of project delivery.
