i-APS is seeking a qualified Civil/Electrical Engineer for the North Corridor of the CASA-1000 transmission line project, specifically overseeing infrastructure quality assurance (QA) activities in Northern provinces. This field-based role will be stationed in Kabul/Mazar-e-Sharif and will support continuous site supervision and quality control of tower construction and associated civil works. The engineer will report to the Lead Physical-Monitoring Engineer and contribute to infrastructure assessments and verification reports submitted to the World Bank.
