The Organization for Relief and Development (ORD) is a nationally registered Afghan NGO with over 15 years of experience delivering humanitarian and development programs in more than 20 provinces of Afghanistan. ORD’s core sectors include food security, agriculture, climate adaptation, livelihood and economic development, WASH, community infrastructure, education and skill building and support to refugees and returnees.
Position Summary
ORD is seeking an experienced and motivated International Program Development and Partnership Advisor to strengthen its programmatic and strategic growth. The advisor will play a key role in designing new programs, forging partnerships at national and international levels, and mobilizing resources to support ORD’s mission in Afghanistan.
This position will directly report to the ORD Program Department and will be based in Kabul, with occasional national and international travel. The advisor will also build the technical capacity of program staff in modern programming approaches and effective program cycle management.
