Green Afghanistan Agriculture and Livestock Organization (GAALO) is a non-government, non-political and not for profit organization, registered with ministry of economy in 2009.

Since the inception, GAALO has gone to both rural and urban communities and implemented 65 plus programs and projects and has been engaged in large-scale project executions in thematic area of Agriculture, Livestock, Environment Protection, Research, Survey, Capacity Building and Development.

The incumbent shall perform under the direct supervision of Project Manager and work in close collaboration with the project team.

His/her specific responsibilities are as below:

• The Community Mobilizers will be responsible to conduct community mobilization meetings with people in the targeted villages.
• The Community Mobilizers will run the beneficiary selection and will be key staff for managing people at the distribution sites.
• The community mobilizers will be the key staff for informing targeted beneficiaries about the distribution sites, organizing them in queues, and managing the crowd and the distribution process
• Proper filing of beneficiary and project documents.
• Community Mobilizers duty station is Samangan field office
• Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor/senior staff

- Written and oral communication skills.

- Openness in sharing information and keeping people informed.

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to speak, read, and write English, Pashto and Dari.
