.افغان و یا جز اتباه که اجازه فعالیت کاری در افغانستان دارند، باشند

.استاد مسلکی (فارغ پوهنځی طب ویا لیسانس در یکی از رشته های تخصصی طبی باشند). ماستر اولویت دارد

.داشتن حد اقل ۳ سال سابقه استادی در نهاد های دولتی یا خصوصی

.اتمام مؤفقانه کورس مهارت های تدریس مؤثر ملی یا آمادگی برای شمول در تریننگ را دارا باشد

آشنائی با تعلیمات مبنی بر شایستگی در ساحات مختلف آموزش (تیوری، لابراتوار و کارعملی) و قابلیت کار با افراد مسلکی کلینیکی دارای سویه ها و سوابق مختلف غرض همکاری با کارمندان

.تکلم فصیح و روان به لسان های دری، پشتو و انگلیسی.

.آشنایی کامل استفاده از کمپیوتر، انترنت و برنامه های Word, Excel و PowerPoint

.قابلیت تنظیم کار، طرح و تهیه پلان های درسی (کورس پالیسی سمتروار و روزانه و پلان بهبود درسی)، تدریس تمامی مواد کریکولم، نظارت، تشویق، رهنمائی و ارزیابی محصلین

.داشتن مهارت های عالی افهام و تفهیم خوب به شکل (تحریری و تقریری)

.داشتن حس مسولیت پذیری و صداقت در امور رسمی و محیط اکادمیک

.ساعات کاری استاد از ساعت ۱۳:۳۰ آغاز و تا ساعت ۱۹:۳۰ ادامه دارد و این برنامه از روز شنبه تا روز پنجشنبه، به‌مدت شش روز در هفته، تطبیق می‌گردد
