Purpose of the Role

Oversee the operations of provincial or regional hospitals, ensuring quality healthcare delivery and efficient resource management. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, coordinate with health authorities, and implement hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• - Medical degree, Master’s in Public Health or related field preferred.
• - Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital management.

Skills and Competencies

• - Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• - Knowledge of hospital systems and clinical standards.
• - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• - Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
