Afghanistan Women Mission Empowerment Organization (AWMEO) is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political, and development-oriented humanitarian organization. It was founded and registered with the Ministry of Economy in 2015 by a group of Afghan professionals. AWMEO was established to address the real needs of communities and to empower Afghans to advocate for their rights and gain access to vocational training, education, and human rights in a peaceful and developed environment. The organization has also worked in the fields of education, health, agriculture, and livelihood to improve the well-being of vulnerable communities across Afghanistan.

• Develop and implement MEAL tools and systems for cash assistance, winterization kits, and child protection activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify distribution processes, beneficiary selection, and service delivery quality.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data on project coverage, quality, and impact, including child protection outcomes.
• Establish and manage beneficiary feedback and complaints mechanisms, ensuring communities can report concerns safely.
• Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices to inform project improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to field staff on MEAL tools, data collection methods, and reporting standards.
• Prepare timely reports highlighting achievements, gaps, and recommendations for project management and donors.
• Collaborate with project staff to ensure data quality, compliance with donor requirements, and effective use of monitoring information.

• University degree in social sciences, monitoring & evaluation, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in MEAL in humanitarian or development projects.
• Strong analytical, data collection, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data management tools.
• Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English languages.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Zabul Province.
