Afghan Women Organization for Rehabilitation (AWOR) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization established in 1998 to support the social and economic empowerment of Afghan women and communities. AWOR implements programs in health, education, women’s empowerment, livelihood development, protection, and humanitarian assistance across Afghanistan.

Position Summary:
The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality funding proposals, concept notes, and related documents in health, education and other related field for donors including UN agencies, USAID, EU, World Bank, and international NGOs. The position requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines to produce persuasive, evidence-based proposals aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
