Job Descriptions:

To develop and implement work plans in alignment with the department’s approved plans, effectively execute pre-determined sales strategies and strategic objectives, and perform assigned duties efficiently and professionally, ensuring the required quality and quantity of work within the specified timelines, in full compliance with the code of conduct, applicable laws, regulations, and established procedures.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Set sales targets, analyze market trends, and monitor performance in surveyed regions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, increase sales, and improve profitability, and design actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze and segment customers by category, income, location, and service sensitivity; forecast demand and sales.
  • Measure customer satisfaction and implement programs to enhance client experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and service offerings.
  • Estimate and forecast sales and prepare advertising and operational budgets to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with finance, procurement, and technical teams to improve service quality, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential customers across government, private, and institutional sectors, including schools, universities, businesses, and residential complexes.
  • Advise on pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, discounts, and incentives to attract and retain customers.
  • Address and resolve issues with dissatisfied or lost customers and develop strategies to re-engage them.
  • Plan and oversee participation in exhibitions and marketing events at central and provincial levels.
  • Utilize electronic and digital marketing tools to promote services and sales.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers through various communication channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in line with company policies, regulations, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Sales Management, or Higher
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales Management, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in the ISP, telecom, or technology sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the capacity to influence and convince individuals.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and completion.
  • Proven ability to sell services to large enterprises, organizations, or similar entities.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in using computer programs for planning and conducting marketing training programs.

Language Proficiency:

Familiarity with national and international languages, including Dari, Pashto, English, etc.
