The primary responsibility is to visit restaurants, introduce the application, register partner restaurants, and achieve monthly onboarding targets through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and food outlets across Kabul to introduce NaanApp services.
• Convince restaurant owners/managers to partner with the platform.
• Register new restaurants on the application and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
• Achieve monthly restaurant registration targets set by management.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner restaurants.
• Provide basic training and support to restaurants on using the platform.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Submit daily and weekly field activity reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or field operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel within Kabul daily.
• Target-oriented with strong persuasion skills.
• Basic smartphone and application usage skills.
• Knowledge of local restaurant market is preferred.

Performance Indicators

• Number of restaurants onboarded monthly.
• Quality and completeness of restaurant registration.
• Partner satisfaction and retention.
• Field visit coverage and reporting quality.
