MISGARAN Metal & Rubber goods production company, founded in 2022 by Mr. Mohammad Omar Qaderi, in Kabul-Afghanistan. The company have more than 200 years’ experience of Family’s Tradition & Passion in Art of Crafting Kitchenware from Copper & Aluminum.
Considering the necessity of the national & international markets, maintaining and growing the industry, the leadership of Misgaran company decided to invest and build a large and standard factory for the production of Pressure Cookers and rubber products that can inspire both professional chefs and households in their culinary areas.

Job Description
Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. The role ensures accurate documentation, efficient stock management, and continuous coordination with production and procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and products.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual systems or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials to meet production requirements.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Delivery Notes (GDN).
- Verify and control all incoming and outgoing materials against supporting documents.
- Maintain stock cards, bin cards, and system records accurately and consistently.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile with system records.
- Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, or losses in inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage, theft, and stock variances.
- Monitor and report stock status including raw materials, finished goods, and item listings to the line manager.
- Prepare periodic warehouse and inventory reports for management review.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and safe handling of materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper layout for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes and systems for better efficiency and control.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP (Odoo preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse documentation (GRN, GDN, stock registers).
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.
