• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including goals, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify key milestones and deliverables, and create strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
• Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including youth organizations, educational institutions, and local communities, to promote the project's objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and sponsors.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Identify and secure necessary funding and sponsorships to support project activities.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Define project evaluation criteria and regularly assess project outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, achievements, and lessons learned.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and future project initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in youth-focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of innovative and entrepreneurship concepts.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
