Job Summary:

SEPA Engineering and Consulting Company is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering design works, field/site visits, coordination with relevant government authorities, and technical support for ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and field assessments as required.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant government authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during project planning and implementation phases.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and project partners when required.
• Support project management and supervision activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering survey and design.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, design procedures, and construction practices.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish languages (written and spoken).
• Fluency in both local languages (Dari and Pashto).
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work both in office and field environments.
• Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office applications is preferred.
