Financial Record Keeping
Financial Record Keeping Financial Record Keeping- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
- Ensure all financial records are properly documented, organized, and securely filed.
Accounts Management
Accounts Management Accounts Management- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Reporting
Reporting Reporting- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the preparation of financial summaries for management review and decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation
Compliance & Documentation Compliance & Documentation- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Maintain complete supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
Systems Management
Systems Management Systems Management- Maintain financial data using accounting software.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
