Value Chain Coordinator (Call for CVs)

Vision Development Organization (VDO), founded in 2015 by Afghan women leaders, is a national, women-led NGO dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and leadership of women, youth, and marginalized communities. Despite Afghanistan’s complex humanitarian and governance challenges, VDO has grown into a trusted, principled, and adaptive organization, delivering programs in protection, education, livelihoods, social inclusion, and community development across multiple provinces. Anchored in integrity, accountability, and operational excellence, VDO upholds strong governance, safeguarding, and compliance standards while championing women’s leadership and equitable, high-quality service delivery.

• Coordinate field-level implementation of value chain activities including producer support, market linkage initiatives, business facilitation, enterprise assessments, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support value chain assessments, beneficiary registration, monitoring visits, and documentation processes.
• Facilitate communication between producers, buyers, service providers, and project teams.
• Monitor implementation progress and support reporting requirements.
• Ensure integration of safeguarding, gender equality, and environmental sustainability into value chain interventions.
• Maintain records, progress tracking systems, and field reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting market systems or livelihoods projects preferred.
• English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is accepting CVs and applications from qualified candidates from 13 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 to establish a candidate roster (database) for future employment opportunities.
