  • Ensure every participant receives sufficient hands-on practice throughout the training period and develops the required competencies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly practical exercises, demonstrations, and assignments to reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor participants' progress, evaluate practical performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve technical skills.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, trainee performance assessments, and training progress reports as required by the project.
  • Ensure all training materials, equipment, and tools are properly utilized, maintained, and safely stored.
  • Promote occupational health and safety by ensuring all participants understand and comply with safety procedures during practical sessions.
  • Encourage teamwork, active participation, confidence building, and equal learning opportunities among all trainees.
  • Support beneficiaries in understanding basic product finishing, packaging, quality control, pricing, and market requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Officer, Livelihood Team, and other project staff to ensure smooth implementation of training activities.
