Position Summary:

The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department by assisting with financial record-keeping, documentation, and reporting. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, contribute to department efficiency, and support organizational goals as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of the Finance Department.
• Support in processing financial transactions, including payments and receipts.
• Help in maintaining financial records and organizing files (both hard and soft copies).
• Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking sheets.
• Support in reconciling bank statements and tracking expenditures.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies and donor regulations.
• Help in data entry for accounting systems and maintaining financial databases.
• Participate in internal financial audits and assist in documentation.
• Assist in compiling finance-related reports and summaries.
• Perform other finance related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Business Administration.
• Fresh Graduate with no prior work experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of Quick Books MS Office package.
