Action for welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.

• Community encouragement, providing supplementary information about the project to the community, mobilizing the community to clarify project goals for the people.
• Gathering of information from the community.
• Delivering health messages to the people about mental health services.
• Establishing comprehensive coordination with healthcare personnel in the community to refer patients.
• Encouraging the community to refer patients to Psychologist Centers for accessing healthcare services.
• Establishing close coordination with the community.
• Collaboration with healthcare staff in organizing patient lines.
• Establishing a local health council and holding meetings with them.
• Any other task assigned by the project Manager.
• Act according to the AWDREO policies.

• Having a Bachelor’s degree in social science
• Having at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with the local community and having detailed knowledge about it.
• Having strong verbal and written communication skills, and report writing.
• Being patient, maintaining a positive attitude, and having the ability to work in crisis situations
• Fluency in English and Pashto and Dari is required.
