Job Purpose
Social Workers will perform the community outreach activities on topics including child rights, parenting skills, CP and MHPSS awareness programs. They will organize awareness-raising workshops accordingly at the community level, as well as for the Child Protection Action Network (CPAN) members. Social Workers will conduct regular follow-up of children receiving CP case management services. They will also refer children to the Children and Family Social Centers for further support and will facilitate Community Wellbeing Groups (CWG) in the community. Social workers will also provide individual psychosocial support, as well as case identification, referrals, PFA, and brief counseling in the community, and will link the community with integrated mental health services at the nearest available Health Sub-center established by IMC.
