Earsa Omran Construction Company (EOCC) is formed in 2018 by committed and Intellectual young man as part of a major reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Afghan Nation. The company’s mission is to take part in reconstruction & rehabilitation of civil and governmental infrastructures and manage (EOCC) expansion, which focused on management and innovative working strategies with the art of modern design and technology.

• Complete project reports and engineering calculations
• Develop and produce conceptual, preliminary, and final construction design drawings
• Assist with the preparation of construction plans, detail drawings, and project specifications
• Review construction plans, perform horizontal and vertical roadway alignment calculations, and utility research and coordination
• Assist permitting department with permitting submittals
• Provide oversight on various construction projects and work with construction inspectors
• Perform quantity calculations and complete engineering cost opinions
• Recognize problems quickly and independently resolve problems by seeking advice as needed from more experienced engineers, managers, or technical support personnel when unusual situations without precedents are encountered
• Prepare articulate, coherent, grammatically correct written project communication and documentation, correspondence, reports, applications, memorandums, and other miscellaneous documents

• University degree in civil engineering, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience 
• Excellent Dari, Pashto and English language skills.
• Proficiency in the use of computer office applications and email, especially engineering software programs.
• Strong educational, livelihoods, business development, marketing and leadership skills.
• Ability to regularly travel to the project sites for doing field work.
• Should be familiar with the area’s culture, traditions and sensitivities.
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills.
• Able to provide clear and brief monthly, quarterly and final project reports.
