• Analyzing the requirements received from commercial, comparing it with available feature list of the system and accordingly creating the right procedure for configuration.
• Doing the configurations in the BSS (Converged Billing) systems both in front and back ends.
• [in case customization required], Translating commercial requirements to technical specifications in order to be delivered internally or to be shared with vendors for configurations and customizations
• Creating detailed technical specification documents with related diagrams and flows for better understanding of the vendor/service providers in order to have a clear scope of work for the requested product/service and to prevent redoing and meeting time to market.
• Participating in technical clarification meetings and discussions with vendor/service providers for their better understanding and freezing the SoW.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders including but not limited to commercial, procurement, RAFM, Technical, IT, PMO and Cybersecurity related to services/products feasibility, procurement, configuration, testing and go live.
• Coordination with external stakeholders including but not limited to vendors, suppliers and VAS/Digital service providers in order to meet the projects timelines and scope of work.
• Working closely with Cybersecurity team in order to identify, mitigate, remediate and eliminate security vulnerabilities in BSS systems and services.
• Following Change Management Process and Service Desk platform for all types of changes in coordination with Change Advisory Board (CAB), Global NOC and Call Center.
• Applying the SLAs through trouble tickets on vendors based on contracts, agreements, proper tracking, and reporting of the tickets to GNOC, KPI and RA teams using ServiceDesk portal.
• Delivering projects on configuration, integration, customization and onboarding new systems based on agreed timelines in coordination with sponsor, project stakeholders and PMO.
• Automating tasks and operations in the systems using Python, Shell Scripting and Crontab jobs.
• Participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with RA, Vendors and Commercial teams.
• Leading the Rating and Charging team.
Reporting to Manager Rating & Charging and following the instructions of Director Technology Products and Services.
• Deliver end user training to Call Center, Flagships, Technology Support when required.
• Showing a good spirit of teamwork within the team, department, division and with whole organization and as well as with vendors and partners.
• Being responsive during weekends and holidays to calls and urgent meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience.
