Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge (JACK) is an independent, Non-Governmental, Non-Profit, And Non-Political and Non-Sectarian Organization working in Afghanistan in the areas of Capacity Building Education and Health with an aim at improving livelihoods and alleviating poverty. The organization is re-registered under the Ministry of Economy with registration number, 316 of January 18, 2006. The organization works in collaboration with other line Ministries, NGOs, INGOs, and the donor communities. Our donors are USAID, UN, OCHA, and Ministries.

Job Descriptions:

The Education trainer is accountable to carry out the following key role and responsibilities but not limited to:

She/he will conduct Training Need Assessment, Design, Conducting training and post training follow-up.
To be responsible to develop training work plans, procurement and development of training materials (training manuals & handouts).
To deliver high quality training workshops to CBE teachers, community mobilizers, education personnel and community members on education matters.
To Undertake regular supervision visits and assess the impact of trainings on the learning and development of project beneficiaries.
To Identify training gaps/needs, and or areas of improvements - document best practices and lessons learnt.
To Conduct on the job training to CBE teachers and provide constructive feedback.
To generate comprehensive training report and update the training database.
To be responsible to update the filling system daily, weekly and monthly bases with incoming and outgoing correspondence with DED, PED and MoE.
To Carry out any other relevant task assigned by the line manager and project team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education, graduated from Teacher Training College or Social Science.
At least 2 years of education training experience with local and international organization.
Strong understanding of Pashto, Dari language and English language is desirable.
Able to travel inside Afghanistan and related districts, outside of the duty station as and when required.
