Job Descriptions:

ROLE PURPOSE:

 

Work closely with Talent Acquisition team, assist FO and field on recruimtnet activities and follow up with relevant departments for documents process.  

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

 

  1. Review recruitment packages against checklist before submitting documents to the relevant HR section.
  2. Follow up with relevant departments on any pending issues from field office with CO on recruitment activities.
  3. Facilitate candidates invitation for written test and interview through email and phone.
  4. Support CO and FO TA Team on organizing and facilitating written tests and interiviews
  5. Follow up on approval of the documents with HRD, Finance Director, Budget Holder and CD.
  6. Provide on time support to field offices on any/all recruitment related activities
  7. Make sure proper documentation of personal file and recruitment files at the end of recruimnt process as per the check list for proper record keeping.
  8. Monitor and invigilate in written test and ensure that the candidates are complying with the test procedures and rules.
  9. Complete SCI Mandatory training and learn recruitment procedures and relevant forms.
  10. Establish good relationship with HR focal points in the field and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
  11. Provide support on documentation, scanning and printing of approval documents.
  12. Any other task assingned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS 

Fresh Bachelor graduates from relevant faculty such as Business Administration or Economics.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Fluency in English language and local languages Pashto and Dari.
  • Responsible, reliable, punctual and ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of archiving and filing.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of financial transactions and financial procedures.
  • Good follow up and organizing skills.
  • Ability to Communicate with impact and respect.
