Job Descriptions:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects to deliver desired outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Project Planning

  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources and assign responsibilities to project team members.
  • Project Execution
  • Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate governance processes.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, team members, and other stakeholders.Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.Escalate critical issues to senior management and propose solutions.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to maintain high performance.Provide clear direction and support to team members.Resolve conflicts and ensure team alignment with project goals.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project integrity.Implement best practices and continuous improvement measures.
  • Project Closure
  • Ensure all project objectives are met and documented.Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Handover completed projects to operational teams or clients

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required

years of experience in project management, preferably in [industry].

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello).
