Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure good medical practice, according to the national medical guidelines and MoPH standards.
  • Realize a continued need assessment either for the equipment/tools or for the capacity building of the staff.
  • Provide support to MHTs staff to ensure good coordination among them to enhance the quality of the services.
  • Coordinate project progress in each step with the Health program Coordinator, and other concerned Supervisors.
  • Provide relevant feedback and recommendations based on direct observations.
  • Keep close coordination with the other partners in the province for any decision.
  • Planning and organizing regular meetings with the MHTs staff for feedback to the staff and their instruction in the required areas.
  • Report any issues or difficulties with activity implementation.
  • Collect data, participate in data analysis, and monitor indicators.
  • Draft activity reports.
  • Conduct needs assessment at the MHTs and PHC level.
  • Submit monthly HMIS Data reports to both the MoPH and WHO DHIS2.
  • Ensuring on-time and appropriate supply of MHTs.
  • Prepare activity report on time.
  • Appraisal of relevant staff on time.
  • Oversee daily operations of mobile health teams.
  • Collaborate with local health authorities to identify community health needs.
  • Develop operational plans for mobile health team activities.
  • Implement monitoring systems to assess service delivery and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and health metrics.
  • Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
  • Promote health education and awareness in target communities.
  • Preparation of monthly, interim, and end-of-project Reports.
  • Respect all rules and regulations of the Hewad Organization.
  • Actively participating in any outbreak and epidemic.
  • Preparing field trip reports after mission regularly.
  • Any other request made by the Management and flexibility as well.
  • Perform any other required project-related tasks.
  •  Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Reporting to relevant Supervisor.
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisors or HEWAD leadership.

Job Requirements:

    • Graduated from a Medical University (MD).
    • At least 3 years of work experience in Hospital Management.
    • Must be fluent in English and also in local languages.
    • Experience practicing medicine.
    • Expert diagnostic skills.
    • Trustworthy and compassionate character.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Strong patient management skills.
    • Strategic guidance and planning skills.
    • Honest, reliable, and maintains confidentiality.
