Job Descriptions:

 

The Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • The post holder will lead and coordinated the day-to-day project activities including, risk assessment, selection of beneficiaries, cash distribution and post monitoring and reporting in three targeted provinces.
  • To make sure, the needs assessments is performed at the community level and get approved by Cash and Vouchers Working Group, the Protection Cluster, and various inter-agency assessments.
  • Responsible for providing cash for food to affected households in the target areas.
  • Responsible for timely and transparently informing of the targeted communities regarding the duration of the assistance and the available resources.
  • Responsible for conducting the cash feasibility and risk assessment.
  • To make sure that there is sufficient supply in the markets of the food items for both beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries.
  • Responsible for the pre-identified and available and reliable Financial Services providers in the area.
  • Assist in post cash distribution data collection process; supervise its implementation; organize data entry in KOBO; ensure the high quality of the data at all stages of the progression; process data and produce reports;
  • Monitor cooperating partners and financial service provider compliance with programme guidelines;
  • Be responsible for the daily liaison with the financial service provider and administration of the cash transfer process to beneficiaries with respect to the signed agreements and policies of donor.
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly cash distribution reports.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, criteria and procedures with respect to Cash and Vouchers;

Job Requirements:

  • Have bachelor degree in relevant field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in community mobilization and cash and voucher project;
  • Have enough child protection in emergencies knowledge
  • Good Computer Skill
  • Good local language Skills
  • Excellent Communication, coordination, skills
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent local communication and facilitation skills (oral and written).
