 To train participants in motorbike and Zarang repair skills using approved curriculums, while ensuring practical exposure to local market workshops to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Follow the approved syllabus for motorbike and Zarang repair training.
  • Balance theory and practical sessions to suit participants' learning levels.
  • Deliver training sessions both in workshops located in the market and at vocational skills centers.
  • Have access to or own a workshop within the local market.
  • Ensure spare parts are used efficiently to maintain proper functioning of motorbikes and Zarangs.
  • Maintain an inventory of all tools, equipment, and materials provided.
  • Develop a detailed training plan based on the approved curriculum.
  • Prepare daily lessons aligned with trainees' progress.
  • Organize and set up the training center to meet course requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate trainees to monitor their skill development.
  • Provide monthly training plans and activity reports to the project supervisor.
  • Record and document sessions using photos and video clips as evidence of training delivery.
  • Guide trainees in group and individual practical sessions to ensure better learning outcomes.
  • Perform any other duties related to motorbike and Zarang repair training as assigned by the direct Supervisor.

• Graduation from 12th Class or Vocational Training institute or a related field.
• Professional certification in the relevant vocational area.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
• Previous teaching or training experience in a related Project.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in vocational training or related field.
• Strong knowledge of current market trends and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
