Values:
Provide structured quilting training sessions to 10 women over 7 months.
Teach skills such as fabric selection, cutting, hand stitching, patchwork, and finishing techniques.
Guide participants on creating quilted items like blankets, cushion covers, and decorative products.
Encourage creativity, design ideas, and personal styles in quilting work.
Ensure a respectful, inclusive, and supportive training environment for all women.
Track participants' attendance and learning progress throughout the training.
Assist in preparing and distributing quilting kits to all trainees after completion.
Maintain sewing tools, training materials, and workspace in good condition.
Report progress and challenges regularly to the project supervisor.
Minimum 12th grade (high school graduate).
1–2 years of experience in quilting, sewing, or similar textile work.
Skilled in hand quilting, patchwork, and basic fabric design.
Able to communicate well in Pashto and Dari.
Friendly, patient, and motivated to support women's learning and growth.
Willing to work in a community-based or training center environment.
