Values:
Conduct regular embroidery training sessions for 15 women over 7 months.
Teach traditional and decorative embroidery techniques, patterns, and finishing skills.
Guide participants in creating high-quality embroidered products such as clothing, tablecloths, scarves, and cushion covers.
Encourage creativity and help participants develop their own embroidery designs.
Provide a safe, respectful, and supportive training environment for women.
Track attendance and skill progress for all participants.
Assist in preparing and distributing embroidery kits at the end of the training.
Maintain all tools, threads, and materials in good condition.
Submit regular training reports and updates to the supervisor.
Minimum 12th grade (high school graduate).
At least 1–2 years of experience in embroidery or related handicrafts.
Skilled in both traditional and modern embroidery techniques.
Experience training or guiding women is preferred but not required.
Good communication skills in Pashto and Dari.
Patient, respectful, and supportive of women with varying skill levels.
Willing to work in community-based training settings.
