Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage and optimize the dedicated supply chain reports.

2. Regular data entry of all pharmaceuticals into mSupply database on regular and on-time bases.

3. Use and generate data for managerial staff for proper decision making.

4. Generate pharmaceutical data for real quantification and projection.

5. Analyze the data, find out the gaps, and visualize the results to managerial staff.

6. Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report and share with the line manager.

7. Write and maintain tracking sheet including database (mSupply) for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) as well as proper dashboards for real-time data visualization.

8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms and document data management procedures and best practices.

9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new data sources and provide technical support and training to team members on data management tools.

10. Automate data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

11. Conduct regular data audits and resolve any data quality issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics or related field with at least 5 years’ experience. • Experience in m-supply or managing data in the health supply chain would be an added advantage.
