Job Descriptions:

  1. Conduct SCOPE registration of beneficiaries, including biometric data collection (fingerprints/iris), household data entry, and photo capture.
  2. Operate SCOPE devices (tablets, biometric kits, barcode scanners, etc.) and ensure all data is accurately captured and synced as required.
  3. Support the beneficiary verification process at distribution points using SCOPE tools (QR codes, SCOPE cards, or biometric scans).
  4. Ensure proper identification and validation of beneficiaries, checking supporting documents (e.g., NID cards, SCOPE cards).
  5. Assist in the printing and distribution of SCOPE cards or QR codes to newly registered beneficiaries.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and protect the security of beneficiary data throughout the registration and verification process.
  7. Report any cases of duplication, data inconsistency, or ineligibility to the SCOPE Focal Point or Data Management Team.
  8. Ensure all registration equipment (biometric kits, tablets, power banks, etc.) is properly maintained, charged, and securely stored.
  9. Support crowd control and beneficiary guidance during registration processes to maintain an orderly and respectful environment.
  10. Keep detailed records of registered beneficiaries, including backups where required, and ensure timely submission of registration data.
  11. Coordinate closely with field teams, CFAC members, community leaders, and complaint & feedback staff to facilitate smooth registration processes.
  12. Participate in SCOPE-related training sessions, briefings, and simulation exercises to maintain up-to-date technical skills.
  13. Identify and refer vulnerable individuals (elderly, persons with disabilities, etc.) who may need support during registration.
  14. Support data correction or update requests from previously registered beneficiaries following WFP and WASSA procedures.
  15. Submit daily and weekly reports on registration activities to the supervisor or SCOPE Focal Point.
  16. Ensure proper filing and handover of registration forms, backup data, and hardware used during field missions.
  17. Carry out any other duties related to digital registration and verification as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. University diploma in Computer Science
  2. Computer skills required particularly Microsoft Office (specially excel)
  3. Able to work under heavy pressure situation 
  4. Able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
  5. Ability to communicate with Pashto and Dari languages English language skill is asset.
  6. Hight Level of English language Typing.
  7. Showing good behavior and character with the community members and beneficiaries
  8. Strong communication skills required
  9. Should have a smartphone and ability to use smartphone
  10. Ability to travel to various districts in the respective provinces
