Job Descriptions:

Periodic Responsibilities:

  • Prepare spare Parts list and monitors the inventory.
  • Prepare specifications of purchasing materials and equipment.
  • Responsible to work during night-shift, if needed.
  • Emergency call responsible.

Responsibilities:

  1. Regular Responsibilities
  • Ensure from proper electrical supply system to the hospital, by hourly monitoring of generator sets and city power.
  • Performing routine visit and emergency maintenance on the generators, UPS's and other electrical equipment, individually and with the help of Electrical Engineers and Contractors.
  • Repairing knowledge and ability of all Electrical/Electronic equipment in the hospital including Generators, UPS etc. individually or by the help of electrical engineer or supervisor.
  • Ensure from safe Auto/Manual switch over of Diesel Generators and City Power, in case of power failures.
  • Perform Preventive maintenance on all Electrical/Electronic equipment and ensure from timely completion.
  • Supervise daily activities of Assistant Electrician and Electricians. Any job assigned by the Engineer/Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of twelfth grade.
  • One-year diploma in Electrical/Electronic from a recognized institute.
