About RRAA

Rural Rehabilitation Association for Afghanistan (RRAA) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-political NGO established in 1990. The head office of the organization is located in Kabul, Afghanistan, and delivers humanitarian services in the sectors of Health, Livelihood, Good Governance, WASH, and Emergency through its four regional offices in Mazar, Herat, Jalalabad, and the central zone in a decentralized manner.

Purpose of the Role

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and administrative operations for the project. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accurate reporting, and efficient resource management. Oversee procurement, logistics, and support services.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage financial systems and reporting.
• - Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• - Ensure compliance with donor and government regulations.
• - Supervise finance and admin staff.
• - Oversee procurement and logistics operations.
• - Train staff on financial systems and procedures.
• - Maintain financial records and audit readiness.
• - Monitor expenditures and cost control.
• - Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders.
• - Implement financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• - Registration certificate from higher education authority.
• - Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• - Experience with QuickBooks and financial management systems.

Skills and Competencies

• - Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• - Proficiency in accounting software.
• - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• - Knowledge of procurement and admin procedures.
