Job Description:

As Senior Financial Institution Officer you are responsible to:

  1. To be available 24/7 through email, WhatsApp and phone.
  2. To plan, organizes, directs and co-ordinates the activities of financial institutions;
  3. Maintain proper MIS for approaching new correspondent bank.
  4. Maintain proper MIS for under process correspondent bank.
  5. Maintain proper MIS for those correspondent banks which are refusing our request for correspondent banking relationship.
  6. promotes financial services, establishes contact with the local business community and professional firms;
  7.  New correspondent bank should be approached on regular bases.
  8. All approached bank should be properly followed on weekly/monthly/quarterly or as per the need.
  9. Senior FI Officers is responsible to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. They work with clients to solve their business or technical challenges and help them with sales opportunities.
  10. Maintenance and enhancement of Vostro/Nostro relations.
  11. Onboarding counterparties for business generation, Money Market placement, within the established lines and broaden deposit/placement capacity.
  12. Act as fist line of defense for all KYC matters of Financial Institution counterparties, Including ongoing monitoring.
  13. Assist and guide the middle officer functions to extend support to all banking relationships.
  14. Enhance the existing network of correspondent banks and establish relationships with major players in key countries.
  15. To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by Treasury Manager.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Shall have Bachelors in Business Administration- Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Master’s degree will be preferred.

3. Shall have at least 4 or 5 years of professional experience in Business development or marketing, Relationship Management.
