Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Deliver theoretical and practical training on thread dyeing. Demonstrate preparation of threads, dyes, and dyeing solutions. Train participants on color mixing, matching, and consistency. Demonstrate different dyeing techniques and appropriate dye application. Train participants on washing, drying, and proper storage of dyed thread. Provide guidance on quality control and identification of dyeing defects. Promote safe handling and storage of dyes and chemicals. Ensure proper use and maintenance of dyeing equipment. Assess trainees' practical skills and provide technical guidance. Maintain training records and report progress to the project team. Perform other relevant duties assigned by the organization.

Candidates with proven practical experience and strong hands-on technical skills in Thread Dyeing, carpet weaving and carpet processing will be given preference. Diploma or relevant technical qualification in textile dyeing, textiles, handicrafts, or a related field. At least 3 years of practical experience in thread/textile dyeing. Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, color matching, and quality control. Previous experience as a trainer is preferred. Knowledge of safe chemical handling and workplace safety. Good communication and facilitation skills. Good documentation and reporting skills. Fluency in Dari, Pashto and English with working knowledge.
