Women Activities & Social Service Association (WASSA) established in 2002 in Afghanistan, as non-governmental organization, committed to seeking ways for women empowerment in Afghanistan. WASSA aims to promote women equal participation in socio-economic sectors of the country. • Registration of all patients, using the different OPD services.
• Make a health education plan in consultation with the health care providers.
• Diagnosis and appropriate course of treatment to the clients based on the MoPH approved guidelines on the best quality manner in particular for SAM, MAM, and respective diseases. Adhere to the rational use of medicine.
• Make sure the nutrition nurse collects the empty pocket and stores it in the proper place.
• Make sure the health facility environment is clean.
• Set up meetings with the health shura to receive updates about the community needs and establish community dialogue.
• Make sure the midwife, vaccinator, nurses, and other project staff are properly working and delivering results.
• Ensure the compliant box and other accountability mechanisms are in place.
• Provision of Monthly Integrated Activity Reports in close coordination with the project staff to the project manager.
• Provision of weekly pharmaceutical consumption report.
• Make a detailed referral system for any cases that need extra services to a higher-level of health facility.
• Any other duties as delegated by the project manager.

• Health health-related training certificate will be preferred
• At least 3 years working in the hospital/health facility is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and remote areas.
• Very good communication with staff & clients.
• Flexibility for work.
• Strong capacity building & facility skills.
• Ability to travel within the work environment
• Fluency in Dari and/ or Pashto, both written and spoken
