Organization for Community Coordination and Development (OCCD) established and registered with Ministry of Economy in 2013, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and independent organization. OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock, Research and Development

• Give the necessary supervision, care, and advice to women during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period.
• Manage complications in pregnancy and childhood, in accordance with the principles of basic emergency obstetric care.
• Provide primary care to women of reproductive age, in accordance with BPHS ( ANC, Delivery, PNC and FP)
• Support the provision of primary health care within the community.
• Counsel and educate women, the family and the community, in relevant areas of health including preparation for parenthood and childbirth.
• Obtain specialized assistant as necessary (Consultation or referral).
• Perform limited, select administrative duties such as patient charting, recording, and reporting, and reporting of data, clinic and/or facility management, or coordination of specific health educational or outreach program.
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement initiative, safety, environmental, and infection prevention standard.
• Identify and report immediately any problem which interfere in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to team leader, and team leader to his/her immediate supervisor.
• Participate in weekly meeting to share information and discuss the program progress.

• At least 2 years of practical working experience as midwife
• Able to write read and speak Dari and Pashtu
• Good English writing and speaking of Knowledge
