About BARAN:

Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.

Job Descriptions:

  • To update staff data base for all the PO;
  • Being in the recruitment of staff for all the projects.
  • Implementing staff management tools including HR policy and procedures;
  • Preparing staff files, contracts, CV, application form, covering letter and diplomas and all related documents;
  • Preparation and follow up of staff list for different projects;
  • Recording trainings on different points for the capacity building of the staff;
  • Recording and performance review of all staff in different projects and its follow up at the field level;
  • Preparing and checking and follow up of the attendance sheet or time sheets on monthly bases;
  • Preparing checking and follow up of staff days off on the standard days-off follow up database;
  • Performing daily HR activities of the organization;
  • Supporting HR officer in any related issues;

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the field of admin and HR;
  • BBA or similar degree;
  • Strong communications skills;
  • Fluent English, Pashto, and Dari with excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Proficient computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, design and presentations
