Afghan Youth Services Organization (AYSO) is a National Afghan NGO registered in 2006 with the MoEc of Afghanistan with registration No:397.AYSO since came into being has developed, successfully implemented, and provided direct assistance services in different   sectors such as health, educational, Food Security,  Capacity building, GBV Prevention and Response, Peace, Justice Research, and Surveys human rights and awareness projects and programs with the technical and financial support of several UN Agencies such as UNDP,UNFPA, UNICEF, WFP, and WHO, AYSO has implemented projects with government ministries and departments as well as has been being implementing partner with AAH/USAID, FHI, BARC, AADA,HEWAD, and other National and International Organization

• Ensure that quality standards are considered during the planning and implementation of the community feedback and referrals sessions as required.
• Ensure recording feedback and quires in logbook and online system.
• Refer query and feedback in line with referral pathways and processes.
• Follow up with key service providers i.e., Health, Nutrition, WASH, Protection, Education, Cash Transfer, Polio etc. for the closing the feedback loop.
• Compile, analyze and disaggregate monthly complaints and feedback by sector, gender and age etc.
• Systematically review data consistency in compliance with data protection policy.
• Engage the visitor(s) in two-way communication sessions i.e group and or one on one sessions.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports regarding the feedback / complaints received.
• Ensure that community/beneficiary feedback are collected and reported on regular basis.
• Raising awareness and mobilizing and engaging community structures and communities in communication activities during diseases outbreak, and health emergencies national/international Campaigns.
• Identify the best success stories of Community Engagement and Feedback Centers, collect testimonies from beneficiaries and submit them to the supervisor for further documentation.

Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• University Degree in social science, health sectors or any other related fields
• 2 years or more of relevant experience in community feedback and referral centers.
• Pashto and Dari skills are required; English is preferable.
• Work experience in Health as emergency response projects is preferable.
• Previous experience working for an international NGO is preferable.
• Previous experience of working in CBNP and MIYCN is mandatory.
• The candidate should have full experience in nutrition related health activities.
• Holding MD degree is a plus point
• Female candidates are preferable and plus point
