• اخذ تاریخچه و تکمیل نمودن اسناد مربوطه برای مریضان بستر شده.
• اجرا نمودن معاینات فزیکی مطابق به نیازمندیهای مریضان
• مراقبت های جدی, اجرا نمودن ویزت منظم مطابق به نیازمندیهای مریضان به اساس هدایت شف دیپارتمنت
• با در نظر داشت تاریخچه ، معاینات فزیکی و نتایج معاینات لابراتواری ، تشخیص نمودن دقیق مریضی بیماران.
• مسولیت تکمیل  نمودن دوسیه مریضان وسایراسناد مرتبط به مریض.
•  تشخیص مریضی، توصیه نمودن و مدیریت تداوی مریضان بستر شده مطابق به نیازمندی مریضان.
• حصول اطمینان از تطبیق پروسیجرهای مربوطه برای مریضان
• مشاوره، مدیریت و تعقیب مریضان وخیم به اساس حالت صحی آنها
• گرفتن سهم فعال در آموزش ستاژران, رضاکاران و کارمندان جدیدالتقرر
• تعقیب نمودن معیارات، پروتوکول ها، طرزالعمل ها  قوانین و مقررات مشخص در اجراات روزمره.
• ساختن وانکشاف ظرفیت خویش و اشتراک در آموزش های که از طرف اداره تنظیم میگردد.
• اجرا نمودن مشاوره وقایوی و اولیه برای مریضان و مراجعین
• انجام نو کريوالي مطابق تقسيم اوقات که از طرف اداره شفاخانه و آمر مربوطه تهيه شده است
• رعایت نظم و دسپلین شفاخانه بشمول معیارات اخلاق طبابت
• اشتراک فعال در وقایه انتان شفاخانه.
• اجرانمودن وظایف دیگر که توسط آمر دیپارتمنت مربوطه محول میگردد.

• Graduated of Curative Medicine from a recognized university. 
• NO EXPERIENCE OR LESS THAN 1YEAR EXPERIENCE
• Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Sensitivity to the cultural and social contexts of patients.
• High level of empathy, patient advocacy and ethical integrity.
• Proficiency in Dari, Pashto and English (oral and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthiness, keep patient information confidential.
