Context:

 

Under the overall supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Community Engagement and Accountability Programme Coordinator, the incumbent will contribute to implement community engagement and accountability interventions and systems across IOM Afghanistan programming.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Receive requests, complaints and feedback through IOM dedicated channels in a confidential and timely manner.
  2. Ensure all required information about the beneficiaries and target community members is accurately filled and filed in the required forms and trackers.
  3. Provide informal translation and record the shared feedback, requests and complaints on the database and ensure its confidentiality.
  4. Manage and categorize the database of beneficiaries’ feedback and complaints with full compliance with data protection and security standards.
  5. Ensure that SEA and other serious code of conduct violation reports are channelled through required channels through secure and confidential means.
  6. Support project coordinators and focal points in closing the community feedback mechanism (CFM) loop by ensuring strict codification of complaints and feedback, timely response and follow up with beneficiaries and other target community members.
  7. Support the implementation of methodologies and tools for data collection and analysis that contribute to the program's information management.
  8. Prepare regular reports of the request, feedback and complaints records and support the development of monthly and quarterly analytical reports.
  9. Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present information/data/trends on specific programmatic topics related to community engagement and accountability to affected populations (AAP).
  10. Support the visualization of information through maps, charts and other pertinent graphics.
  11. Support in the systematization of internal program information, assist to develop materials and promote their distribution with counterparts.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
