Responsibilities & Skills:
Draft and finalize conflict of interest policy for PT personnel.
Handle and manage all legal communications with Government and non-government organizations.
To qualify, you must have University Master Degree(s) in Afghanistan Laws, International Telecom Law, a minimum of 5 years contracts handling, addressing, solving and managing legal issues at senior levels (Experience in Telecom Industry and Technical know-how of Telecoms Network is an advantage) along with extensive practical experience and awareness of Government of Afghanistan Laws and International Telecom Law.
