About Future Generations Afghanistan:

Future Generations (FG) is the collective name for an international network of non-governmental organizations including FG Country Programs in Asia and Africa, Future Generations University (FGU) and its alumni in 17 countries, academia, and individual’s experts. The original charitable organization, Future Generations, was established in 1992 for the purpose of learning from, and building upon the world’s most successful examples of community empowerment and social change. It is complemented by the Future Generations Graduate School (Future Generations University) in 2006 in the State of West Virginia with authorization to provide a Master's Degree in Applied Community Change focus on Conservation and Peace building. The Future Generations Afghanistan (FGA) established in May 2002 and obtained its registration certificate from Ministry of Economy, Government of Afghanistan in October 2005. Job Descriptions:

Responsible for monitoring, reporting and evaluation the project activities and will work closely with the M&E Manager identify any potential challenges and gaps in the project implementation and focal point for Compliant Access Mechanism and regularly monitor and evaluate the activities of the project in the field to make sure they are aligned and going according to the plans, and that targets will be achieved as per the defined indicators and will regularly travel to main office to exchange information, and share findings and propose suggestions. He/she will also be responsible for prepare information and report to the M&E manager

Job Requirements:

Responsible for orienting the project team on the CAM, ensuring channels are established that are suitable to the project context, that beneficiaries are orientated and that the M&E activities are administered, governance procedures followed, feedback provided to the project team and management and responses provided to users.

the prime responsible person to consolidate the field progress, data and prepare project reports, get approval from Relief Program Manager and then upload the report and figures to reporting hub accordingly.
produce template, questionnaires and work with team to collect and conduct field assessment, compile data and replicate in various forms for donor reporting.

Review the FSAC monthly market assessment report, and will conduct and contribute to Market Assessment through Joint Market Monitoring Initiative and share the findings with M&E Manger to consolidate and share it with FSAC and other stakeholder.
Responsible for using and information sharing on FGAs community Feedback and Compliant Access Mechanism (CAM) through tailored channels which supported persons can raise voice and hold FGA to account. M&E Manager phone number will be reflected in FGA’s CAM poster and banner and on site complaints boxes and community awareness materials for compliant registration and directly engagement in access to complaints, suggestion if arise in project implementation.

capture best practices and learning from the project, keep well track record to be used in future programing. His/her duty station will be Laghman and he would contribute to FGA other project as well if running in field

level.
Conduct M&E mission to field, communities, and oversee all program steps and process to ensure community engagement and right process completed, develop and conduct training on M&E and CAM related topics to project team, develop weekly and monthly M&E plan, share it with Relief Program Manager
Control and visit all project related process and steps particularly the project implementation at the community level
Work closely with project team, provide feedback on timely manner
M&E specific formats and awareness training to staff
Using FGA’s CAM and its awareness to staff and communities
Integration of AWAZ- Afghanistan in CAM
Establishing M&E system and reports,
Develop monthly, Quarterly implementation plan.

Qualification:

Additional training or techniques in M&E and CAM.

Advance English, Pashto (Dari will be an asset)
Proven skills in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
