The organization has committed to bridging the gap between the affluent and the needy by conscientiously channeling donations and funds to those deserving, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to honesty and fidelity in its philanthropic endeavors.

Job Descriptions:

Job Overview: The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Area-Based Approach to Development Emergency Initiative Project, The role involves coordinating between different stakeholders, managing schedules, resources, and ensuring the smooth running of projected activities. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure alignment of the project with overall objectives.
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  2. Resource Management:
    • Manage the procurement of kitchen equipment, and other resources necessary for the project.
    • Ensure the kitchen facilities are fully operational, including overseeing maintenance and safety standards.
  3. Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor progress and performance against project goals and deadlines.
    • Provide regular updates to project sponsors, managers, and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes.
    • Prepare and submit project status reports as required.
  4. Budget & Financial Oversight:
    • Monitor and track the project budget, ensuring that expenditures stay within allocated limits.
  5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure that the Area-Based Approach to Development Emergency Initiative Project complies with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
    • Implement quality control procedures to guarantee high standards in project outcomes.
  6. Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and other partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and project impact.
  7. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks or challenges to the project's success and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Address issues promptly to prevent delays or project failures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, particularly in vocational training or hospitality projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary training, and industry standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • 3 years work experience in relevant field.
