Job Descriptions:

• Be able to attend the ToT training in Kabul.

• Develop a training plan in collaboration with project management, finance, and relevant departments to ensure the timely availability of resources.

• Prepare and design the training material, including training schedule, pre-and post-evaluation forms, PPT, etc.

• Prepare and organize training venues and other job aids in coordination with logistics and program staff.

• Receive Training of Trainers (ToT) and conduct cascade trainings at schools levels. • Develop and deliver training contents

• Conduct trainings for school teachers on implementation of weekly Iron and Folic Acid.

• Ensure inclusion, gender sensitivity, and safeguarding principles are applied across all training activities.

• Monitor and ensure quality and consistency of training delivery in line with guidelines and project standards.

• Document training activities, training reports, lessons learned, and best practices, and contribute to project reports as required.

• Organize training in close coordination with MoE Health Department at district level.

• Provide refresher training for the target teachers.

Job Requirements:

Medical Doctor (MD), Midwife, or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from a recognized university,  Certification is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nutrition projects and capacity-building of nutrition trainings.

• Couples are encouraged to apply and will be given priority.
