Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

1. Review project provincial plan and outline project activities,

2. Being in regular contact, coordination and communication with Project Coordinator, Logistic, Finance Assistant, and M&E officer, and other required staffs,

3. Coordinate project with Directorate of Education, Economy, Health at provincial level,

4. Organize project orientation for DoE, DoEc, DoE Health Department and other stakeholders,

5. Develop project Plan in coordination with Provincial Coordinator, Finance Assistant, and Logistic Officer,

6. Coordinate and Track project activities and tasks at provincial and district level.

7. Regular coordination with Project Coordinator, Finance, Logistic and M&E officers,

8. Being update and informed of project progress,

9. Organize regular awareness session at schools level,

10. Provide support and consultation for Master Trainers in organizing the training at District Level,

11. Developing Monitoring Plan for M&E officer,

12. Collect, Record and Document Iron & Folic Acid Tablets storage and distribution,

13. Provide project progress report as weekly highlight,

14. Provide monthly and quarterly reports of projects,

15. Organize weekly meeting with project team at provincial level,

16. Traveling to the districts and villages to oversee the project activities,

17. Manage budget utilization according to the plan,

18. Estimate risk and challenges and report them to the Project Coordinator,

19. Attend required meetings,

20. Documentation of and filing of all project documents,

21. And any tasks related to the project that is suggest from Zone Office,

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate from University

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management and implementation.

• Skills: English language, Computer office package,

• Coordination skill with relevant authorities for implementation of project.
