According to his experiance and knowldge KACC will have new projects and want to work in many other projects and progress his experience. Therefore, it want to hire an expert and qualified Road Construction Engineer according to his qualification, knowldge and experianc.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing, building, and maintaining roadways to ensure safe and efficient transportation for communities. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is Preferer
• Professional Engineer (PE) license. *Preferred
• At least five years of experience in road engineering and Construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with local and state regulations and guidelines.
• Experience with sustainable and environmentally-friendly construction practices.
• Leadership experience in managing engineering teams or projects.
• Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Working knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Developing and implementing road design plans and specifications
• Conducting site inspections and assessments.
• Preparing bedding documents and BQ’s for projects.
• Working with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and requirements
• Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project completion within budget and timeline
• Performing cost estimating and budgeting for road projects
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable national and international regulations and standards
• Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
• Preparing project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
