Afghanistan National Re-Construction Co-ordination (ANCC) is professionally managed committed Afghan, nongovernmental, non-political and nonprofit development oriented organization. It was established in 1994 to meet the dire needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and internally displaced families at the time of civil war and factional fighting followed by Soviet Union’s invasion of the country and troops withdrawal in early 1990’s. Earlier it was registered with UN coordination body for Afghanistan in Pakistan. Presently, ANCC is registered with Ministry of Economy under registration number 117. Its main area of work is community development with participatory approaches.

ANCC head office is located in Kabul with a regional office in Kandahar. For successful outreach and effective implementation of projects in target areas it has provincial offices in TarinKot city of Uruzgan, Zaranj city of Nimroz, Qalat city of Zabul, Lashkergah city of Helmand, Farah city, Gardez City of Paktia, Jalalabad city of Nanagarhar, Kandahar city and branch offices in districts of Nimroz, Uruzgan, Helmand, Ghazni, Farah, Zabul, Paktia, Nangarhar and Kandahar. ANCC has experienced staff that is all well versed with local areas, their cultures and social norms with strong community relations, including tribal elders, Shuras and government authorities.

• Supervising the skilled and unskilled labour on construction sites, distribution or may be required to check and monitor the vocational training centres.
• Conduct orientation or training sessions for actors.
• Conducting and facilitating follow up meetings with community influential people and networks within the communities.
• Tracking and collecting and sharing the information for the seek of the project from the community.
• Provide information about the availability and utilization of services to communities.
• Disseminate the information,
• Conduct mobilization for the survey and distribution
• Collect daily basis community feedback, and provide response for feedbacks received.
• Record details of the feedback in collection form
• Provide essential information on available services to community
• Refer feedback to relevant sectors
• Conduct the PBS survey
• Conduct the PDM survey or any other survey required for the project
• Must conduct the survey via KOBO
• Control overall project Activities according to plan at site level.
• Controlling field staff time sheet and other relevant tasks.
• Provide support to site staff and other skill and unskilled labors /material contractors.
• Focal Point for Project beneficiary complains.
•  Any other duties as requested by line manager                                         

High School Graduate is required

Have experience in Infrastructure/ Agricultural projects or any other projects

At least have 3 years’ experience

Microsoft office skill is must

Have knowledge about KOBO

S/He must be from Ghazni province to know the context of the districts
