MOAM Ltd., a subsidiary of Qunoos Investment Ltd., is a leading logistics company in Afghanistan. By integrating cargo, courier, and warehouse management into a comprehensive platform.
The Country Manager will oversee the operations and growth of MOAM Afghanistan, ensuring the company achieves its strategic objectives and expands its market presence.
1. Overall Management:
- Provide strategic leadership and management to the MOAM Afghanistan team.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Enhance the company's market presence and customer base.
3. Business Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
4. MOAM Expansion:
- Lead the expansion of MOAM's services across Afghanistan.
- Develop and execute plans to enter new market and regions within Afg.
5. Financial Management:
- Oversee financial performance and risk management.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
6. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
7. Technology and Innovation:
- Drive the adoption of advanced technology solutions to enhance logistics and supply chain operations.
8. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
9. Global Logistics Standards:
- Implement global logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) in MOAM.
- Streamline operations to align with international best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging and dynamic environment.
